Summary: Deck Mind does not require you to create an account. We collect only your Clash Royale player tag and minimal device data necessary to provide deck recommendations. We do not sell your personal information and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
1. No Account Required
Deck Mind does not require you to register or create an account. You use the App by entering your Clash Royale player tag, which is a public in-game identifier. No email address, name, phone number, or other personal credentials are collected during sign-up because there is no sign-up process.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
Clash Royale Player Tag: Your in-game public player tag, used solely to retrieve your game statistics from the Clash Royale API.
Deck Preferences: Your preferred play styles and card selections for personalized recommendations. This data is stored locally on your device.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device Identifiers: A device-level identifier used for app attestation and abuse prevention (not linked to your personal identity).
Operating System & App Version: Used for compatibility and crash diagnostics.
Crash Reports & Diagnostics: Anonymized data about app crashes and performance to improve stability.
App Attestation Data: Cryptographic attestation tokens (Apple App Attest on iOS, Google Play Integrity on Android) to verify that requests come from genuine, unmodified versions of our App. These tokens are not used to identify you personally.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
Clash Royale API (Supercell): Public game data associated with your player tag — battles, trophies, card levels, clan information. This data is already publicly accessible via Supercell's API.
What We Do NOT Collect: We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, health data, financial information, contacts, browsing history, search history, or any sensitive personal information.
3. App Tracking Transparency
Deck Mind does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not use your data for targeted advertising, and we do not share identifiers with advertising networks or data brokers. You will not see an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt from our App because we do not engage in cross-app tracking.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers: Hosting infrastructure required to operate our API servers. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to provide services to us.
Legal Requirements: When required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided to users.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:
HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
Mobile app attestation (Apple App Attest / Google Play Integrity) to prevent unauthorized API access
Secure server infrastructure with access controls
No storage of sensitive personal credentials (no passwords, no payment data)
7. Data Retention
Game Statistics: Cached on our servers for up to 30 days to improve performance, then automatically purged.
Battle History: Stored to power recommendation algorithms; retained while the service is active.
Preferences: Stored locally on your device and deleted when you uninstall the App.
8. Data Deletion
Since Deck Mind does not require account creation, there is no account to delete. However, you can request removal of any cached data associated with your player tag at any time:
Email request: Send an email to sachinkumar052@gmail.com with your Clash Royale player tag and the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days.
Local data: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored preferences and cached data from your device immediately.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:
Access: Request a copy of data we hold associated with your player tag.
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
Deletion: Request deletion of your data (see Section 8 above).
Opt-out: Stop using the App at any time; uninstalling removes all local data.

Deck Mind is rated for users aged 4 and older in the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. The App does not require any account creation or personal information from any user.
